The seller

Products and prices

Prices are shown in your country’s currency and include VAT. Delivery is free. The price you pay is shown at checkout. The ORVEAUX10 code (10% off the Orveaux Quattro) is applied there. Price protection: if we lower the price of a product within 14 days of your purchase, we refund the difference; write to us with your order number.

Your contract

The contract is formed when you confirm your order using the payment button and we send your confirmation email. We keep a record of your order. You can request a copy at any time.

Payment

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, including cards and digital wallets. Shopify Payments processes payments. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver within the times shown on our Delivery page. If an order is delayed, we will let you know. You may cancel it for a full refund.

Cancellation and returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. See Returns and right to cancel.

Guarantee

You have your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, alongside the Orveaux 2-year guarantee. See Guarantee.

Governing law
