Guarantee

Every Orveaux comes with two forms of protection: your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the Orveaux 2-year guarantee.

Your statutory rights

If a product does not conform to the contract, you have rights to a repair or replacement at no cost, or a price reduction or refund where applicable. In Ireland, you can seek a remedy for faulty goods for up to six years from delivery, depending on how long the goods can reasonably be expected to last. The Orveaux guarantee does not limit or replace your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

The Orveaux guarantee

• Lasts for 2 years from delivery.
• Covers manufacturing defects in the mechanism, motors, dials, interior light and electronics.
• Does not cover normal wear to the covering, knocks, drops, contact with liquids or repairs by third parties.
• If something goes wrong, we will repair it or send you a replacement. We cover delivery costs.

Extended guarantee (optional)

In your basket you can extend the Orveaux guarantee for €2.95. It then covers every product in that order for 4 years from delivery, with the same cover and the same claims process. It does not limit or replace your statutory rights.

How to make a claim

• Email service@orveaux.shop with your order number and, if possible, a short video of the fault.
