- Which mode should I choose?
- Each calibre winds in one direction or both. Check your watch manual and select the matching direction icon on the dial. If it winds in both directions, choose a mode that alternates between them.
- How is it powered?
- It connects via USB-C. Each rotor works independently, so you can leave one off while the other turns.
- When will it arrive?
- Delivery to Germany takes 3 to 5 working days. Delivery is free, insured and tracked.
- Can I return it?
- You have 30 days from delivery. Contact us for return instructions. We refund you when it reaches us.
- How does the guarantee work?
- Your Orveaux comes with a 2-year guarantee alongside your statutory consumer rights. Contact us with your order number and we will explain the next steps.
