Returns and right to cancel

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to return it, without giving a reason. This extends your statutory 14-day right to cancel.

How to return your order

• Email service@orveaux.shop with your order number, or send us the form below.
• We will send you a return label. We cover the return delivery costs.
• Pack your Orveaux in its original box, with its cushions and cable.
• We will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of being told you wish to return your order. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Product condition

You may open and inspect the product as you would in a shop. If handling beyond what is needed to check how it works causes damage, we may deduct the resulting loss in value.

Model cancellation form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to cancel the contract. You may also send any other clear written statement of your decision to cancel.
