Delivery times are in working days from order confirmation. Each product page shows the estimated delivery dates for your country.

Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier ([[EMPRESA: carrier]]).
If it arrives damaged
Your delivery is insured. If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before fully opening it and contact us. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Taxes
Prices include VAT for the delivery country. There are no customs duties or charges to pay when your parcel arrives.
